What the heck happened? You're closed permanently? What a disappointment. Maybe you can get a deal back at the old location. I liked that location so much better. And it STILL is vacant since you left...

Very friendly. Good service. Great food. My cocktail was a wee bit harsh / STRONG-- more so than usual. I don't think I've ever left behind quite a few sips of an Old Fashioned, unfinished, on any table, before today. :) One downside was the harsh lighting. The architecture and atmosphere in the building is so nice that the abundance of ceiling pot lights (and I do mean lots of them) at full brightness level made it seem like I was dining in a brightly lit office cafeteria instead of a nice house converted to a restaurant. Really detracted from a calm, nice room on rainy day.

Had a wonderful dinner here with my sister on New Year's Eve! They had an excellent prix fixe menu for dinner for $85 pp. We ordered the Bees Kneez cocktail, which was so unique and lemony and delish, and the grapefruit Paloma. Both were sour more than they were sweet, which was exactly how we wanted them! We had the calamari, Brussels sprouts, and the mushroom bruschetta. All were perfectly cooked. The pancetta in the Brussels was divine - loved the thickness and how it paired so well with the Brussels. We both ordered the scallops with risotto. It was so decadent and perfectly seasoned. Such a treat. For dessert we had the crème brûlée which was perfectly cooked. The whole thing was a super special meal. Our server was so sweet and kind and even though they were busy due to the holiday we couldn't really tell. It was a great sister night made even greater by our excellent meal. We loved it and will tell our family and friends in the area to head here for a great meal! Beautiful restaurant too!

The san marzano tomato soup is delicious. Incredibly sweet and also quite creamy. I am very particular about tomato soup and this one exceeds my expectations. I also love the avocado tacos. They deep fry the avocado chunks and it makes for a really nice flavor and texture. I do think some of the other items on their menu are a bit overpriced. Their brussels sprouts as an example are around $17 and it's just an appetizer. Overall, I do like and recommend this place.
